But sadly in 1.0.4 and 1.0.7 the problem with 400%+ court expenses stil present
may be thats because of some code collision, since a play this save from release
I’ve removed anything that assigns expensive education and tested that pretty extensively - can you see if that’s your mod version if you hover over turning it on/off in the mod menu? If not, I believe unsubscribing and resubscribing will force an update.
As far as code collision, I think as long as you hit save and apply with the mods the old script will be fully changed.

If it's not something you can fix or if it's on my end, I will just learn to deal with it and try to control myself. I'd rather deal with the game hanging on occasion than not use your mod =)
