That's not possible ^^ This game only support local split screen multiplayer.

the way you can host is you cant you can go splitscreen and how do you do that grab a joystick controller (sorry if spelled wrong) and use the cord to put it in laptop,pc and turn the thing on and press start play and BOOM Splitscreen coop goat simulator its so fun
