Ai Legends Fix is redundant with Unofficial Patch, according to the patch notes.

more cultural names yes, the other one i didn't know
I don't check often the update, if they are and i didn't see warn me haha

I'm enjoying the modpack so far, but i would suggset removing the ARY NEW Commander mod. The decisions are insanely overpowered, and they're all written in horrible english.

About balance, I think to let the game unbalanced for those who would want it.
If you don't want you can disable it in the gamerules or your game.
