If you mean in multiplayer yeah it should work as long your friends have the addon installed, although the skeleton apparition works client-side so for example, if the skeleton appears for you, it won't appear for the rest of people playing with you.
However, if with servers you mean fully hosted servers (e.g. a DarkRP server) then I don't really know, I haven't tested that myself
