changing the confederation for a great military alliance of chaos and applying the warriors of chaos section to your mod i think would be a great addition.
3 - chaos rifts - great settlements that are not dark fortressess could spawn chaos rifts, causing the eruption of demon armies to spawn from it.
4 - make the champions the bossses they are. once they are defeated in battle (after the chaos event is triggered) they will sit in their capital with a "waagh!" of chaos added, all of them with "expendable" trait so their deaths dont impact the army loss debuff, that way you will have an epic battle to wipe out each the champions of chaos with at least 3 armies to fight off. but they will keep sending chaos armies until you do defeat them.
to make it easier to do, after the event trigger, remove the "immortality" trait from them and after they are defeated, it will spawn a lvl 50 of that champion in their home capital with a scripted army.
5 - n'kari, kairos, ku'gath and skarrbrand respawn in the southern chaos wastes if they are already defeated, yeah, you should find a new home if you are playing oxyotl.
6 - cease all wars of order and destruction factions, this is not the time to be shortsighted and grand military alliance status between them (lizards, empire, brets, cathay, high elves, kislev, dwarfs and wood elves.) destruction factions can fance for themselves.

I aim to make the mod as compatible with others as possible. Adding all of this stuff will bring incompatibolity with many other mods including multiplayer. Eg. Point 3 will cause desyncs in multi, as will point 1,4,5 since the game already registered their defeat for all players. Only doable thing is point 2 and 6, which is my next goal.
EDIT: Chaos factions now get into military alliance with each other. As for order factions I would rather leave it as it is. So its up for players or the AI to either unite or die.
