Thanks reporting. The bug was actually in the official localization mod, but it got triggered by the way I structured the language data in my mod. The issue where everything was being forced into English should be fixed now.
That said, my mod currently only supports Japanese and English, so any quests or other added content will still show up in English if you're using a different language.

バグは修正済みです。
For example, the screen flash for a moment, or if you're using CWL, you will see any messages "Exception" or somethin.
