I want to help ya succeed, this mod is amazing. I think you need 5k to get a discord channel?
In the mean time this is the discussion to help you track down what isn't affected yet.

1-Espionage event, arm privateers. They are still vanilla so they cause no danger anymore.

2-Strikecraft, Amoeba Flagella.

3-All Crystal armors, crystal forged, crystal infused. nanite infused hull.

Yep, all of that needs adjustment .. strikecraft not being scaled makes them pretty useless.

Also the AI's need some incentive to build ships now as the cost is really high they tend to not build.
