the person you're trying to body steal has to be dead fully dead
then drag the brain over to the corpses head and wait for the head to fully open

or you can also use ability giver and give the character rika to turn on ability copy

from what i've seen, it also won't work if the person you're trying to steal the body of has more energy than the brain

trying to take over gojo as default kenjaku (25k energy) fails, but using yuta (60k energy) works
