damn i have the same issue (if you fixed it can you tell me what to do)

for some alt abilities like black flash you can click h while its already active and for something like sukuna slashes you click activate and h at the same time i think. if nothing works check your keybinds in the settings and make sure that the jjk mod keybinds are bound to a key and arent being used already
