The reason why I started this discussion was to encourage you to try again. The "Tiny Texan" hat was uploaded twice before Vavle accepted it, the creator kept at it for 2 years to try to get his cosmetic uploaded to TF2 and his hard work paid off. So I ask you to please not give up and try again around the summer update when they will be looking for cosmetics like this, or update it and slap a new ribbon on it and try to grab Valve's attention that this truely is the best thing that happened to engineer since teleporting bread. I hope you consider doing this and even if you don't I still truely appreciate all the hard work you put into this cosmetic.
