When you empty an LMG (The M60 for example), it shows the belt without ammo inserted... instead of running out. This is not the case for the m249, since when you empty it, the belt runs out. This makes empty reloads with a reserve of like 5 look janky.
Tip is to use the same technique the other LMGs use for the belt when empty.

Made recoil values similar to the RPK-16 with this latest update, so it should be better. Also fixed the twisting and added chamber/mag inspect anims.
Yeah. I guess Tarkov fakes this by just not doing it. The M60's M13 links stay attached, even with no bullets to hold them together. The WTT M249 follows in its footsteps, but I decided to make the M27s disintegrate. I'll probably revert to the still-attached links or make a new belt animation for the remainder getting flicked away.
