At position [187.98 2784.95 414.03] there is a pit featuring a cart that will move upon activation, if you jump onto it, as it moves you'll get stuck on the wall along with the cart.

Got a (kind of hacky) solution for this. The cart riding should be a lot smoother in a couple days

you have a keypad rotated the wrong way in the wall. So half of the keypad is in the wall, half isn't.

That keypad is oriented correctly for me. One of us has some wonky local files causing it to behave weirdly
The conference room in what I can only assume is the Nexus, its roof is missing its texture.

Some pillars next to the Rot Plant that teleports you are also missing textures.

Some rocks are also missing textures in the crematorium/mine.

I'll take a look when I get back home, thanks. I went through and re-organized my local files right before I published the update patch, so I might have missed some assets when trying to fix everything up

Pillars and conference room ceiling should be fixed now. I wasn't able to see an issue with the rocks, unfortunately

This map is very good-looking, but it keeps spawning errors constantly and it is laggy.

Some of the errors it spawns a lot are:

Too many vertex format changes in frame, whole world not rendered (x5867)
R_DrawDecalsAll: overflowing m_aBatches. Reduce 1048576 decals in the scene.
Failed to load sound "ambience\d1_terminal_01_skylift_stop.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository
Attempting to create unknown particle system 'waterleak_pipe_2_stream_2_c1a1c' (x8)
Failed to load sound "doors\gate_move.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository

As I type this post, the first error I posted keeps posting constantly and has reached over x11000! This map is horribly unoptimized.

Yeah, like I pointed out in the description, the map has performance problems due to how I designed it fundamentally. The vision of what I imagined in my mind was too ambitious for how the engine handles visibility calculation. There's not much I can do to improve it beyond what I've already done, aside from setting a 100% density fog and applying a far z clip plane, which I don't want to do.

If the performance is too rough, you can use an addon, such as FPS Saving Fog, which eliminates all performance issues at the expense of losing the vistas (this also fixes the too many vertex warnings).

As for the missing sound, not sure why that didn't get packed: the program I use is usually good about that. Particles can be finicky with all packing programs. May have to do a re-pack at some point to get those included, but those are very minor, all things considered.
