How to Use
Icon

First use, an icon is place in center screen.

Right-click drag to a desirable position, it is remembered.

Left-click the icon opens a panel, by default it sits beside the icon.

Left-click the icon again closes the panel.

The option [Reset icon], InGame only, reinstates it to center screen in realtime.

Panel

The option [Decouple from icon] is by default Off, so the panel moves together with the icon.

Switching it to On, in realtime the panel can be right-click dragged to any position, also remembered.

It is then independent of the icon and free from moving with it.

The option [Reset Panel], InGame only, recalls it to beside the icon in realtime.

The panel holds camera slots with a transparency in between.

If desired, turn the option [Opaque] On to have it filled in realtime.

Slots

Each slot shows its index, empty slots have a pale color.

Pale Slot

The option [Enable tooltiping] is On by default.

When an empty slot is left-clicked, an input box appears.

Fill a label for the slot or leave the box empty, then close it with the [Enter] key.

When toggled, the [Enable tooltiping] state is effective in realtime.

Regardless, the current camera is saved, and the slot turns shaded.

Pressing the [Esc] key abandons the input box without saving the camera.

Shaded Slot

When a shaded slot is left-clicked, its action depends on the current camera position.

Camera away from saved position

Left-click teleports to the saved view. In very rare case of not landing on the correct spot, simply press any of [W][A][S][D] then try again.

[Alt] + left-click replaces the saved camera with the current view.

Camera at saved position

Left-click deletes the save.

By default, the option [Alert deletion] is On, it alerts before a save is to be deleted.

By default, the option [Notify deletion] is On, it notifies after a save is deleted.

Both options are effective in realtime when toggled.

[Alt] + left-click opens the tooltip input box for editing when [Enable tooltiping] is On.

Pressing the [Esc] key abandons the input box without changing the tooltip.

Cut & Paste

Camera away from or at saved position

[Shift] + left-click on a slot to cut.

[Shift] + left-click on another slot to paste.

Cut-pasting a shaded slot is an easy way to relocate the save.

Pasting a pale slot onto a shaded one deletes the save without notice.

Number of Slots

By default, 10 slots are active.

There are options to turn on 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 slots.

The selected option is effective in real time.

All saved slots are preserved, no matter whether the selected number is increased or decreased.

Slots are arranged in batches of 10, suitable for grouping cameras.

Saved Cameras

All saves are city independent.

If the player has cities with the same name, regardless of maps, they share the same saved cameras.

Clicking LOAD GAME or NEW GAME from the InGame PAUSE MENU or after QUIT TO MAIN MENU, saved camera positions of the current game is brought forward. LOAD GAME will not retrieve its own saved slots if any. This can be of use when such needs arise, but best practice is QUIT TO DESKTOP, ensuring next game correctly acquires saved camera positions or empty slots.
