Too long for a comment. Tried on a fresh install to avoid conflicts. Not sure why it's referencing Reggie.
I also had an issue with your Arona - Trader Voice Mod. The KFPortraits.utx caused it to crash. Removing that but keeping KF_Trader.uax and it worked fine.

One of these days I'll figure this out. Something jank with my computer specifically I guess. If you're having the same problem a workaround fix is to edit the .upl file is System.
Change
species=OgataKannaMod.OgataKannaSpecies
to
species=KFmod.PoliceSpecies
The mod will work without the custom voice lines

I spent a while investigating this issue with Gone Oh and couldn't find why other anime mod worked on his side while mine won't.

For now this is the solution if this mod crashes your game at launch, it keeps the character while using default KF voice and arm texture.(you can also use species=KFmod.AshHardingSpecies for female voice)

This issue occurs very rarely but if anyone encountered the same crash you can comment in this thread.
