@NF_F16, try reloading the mod. I think you lack the dependancies. It didn't happened in my side.

Yeah I forgot to comment but me and the other guy had the same issue because I somehow forgor that my Reaction Forces DLC was disabled :)

Maybe, to be honest. Older weapons, mix of M16s and AK-47s should work as Vietnamese militia. We have one official militia branch, so I could say I could make it : )
