The Red Number is behind the tripmine wallbuy.

To view this and not mix it up go into the MG Bunker where the challenges are activated and where the zipline terminates from spawn. Shown in the image below.

This was never bugged, People just decided to try jump and look at it from a bad angle

This is the red number due to it being lit red ;)

The blue number is in the main bunker Control Room,When walking down the bunker stairs go left when entering the control room and at the back of the rooms you will see a room with green light and a luggage trolly blocking the door. This is the blue code due to the blue candle beside the number.

The yellow number is at the forest outpost, where Pack a Punch is. It is just before you enter the bunker containing Pack A Punch at the sandbags with the truck headlights lighting it up.
This is the yellow code because it is beside Yellow barrels
