it's from payday 2, and it makes you take 50% less damage from DMG_CLUB , DMG_SLASH and maybe DMG_GENERIC (because it's used by weapon_fists)

Swan Song - When you reach 0 HP, you get invincibility for 3 seconds and remain stationary, before you eventually collapse and die. Does not trigger on explosion ( DMG_BLAST ) or fire ( DMG_BURN ) damage.
Second Wind - When your suit armor depletes, you move 60% faster for 5 seconds. If you have "Swan Song", move 90% slower instead of being stationary.
Distraction Dance - When you reach <50% HP, spawn four copies of yourself that dance (act_dance), before disappearing.

Grenade and rocket explosions are 15% bigger and deal 25% more damage, on death, you drop 3 grenades
when health is at 20%, see every NPC and player in a small range. at 10% health, the same range will be bigger.
Hot Blood
anyone who damages you will get ignited for 10 seconds, and it has to be in close range.
