Changelog
Instead of a detailed changelog, Ill focus on the most important parts. The full changelog is FAR too long.
If anyone is interested, just DM me - I get it all organized on my computer.


2-hand weapon cost is now always equal to 1-hand+Shield
All strategic armors and accessoiries enjoy heavy reductions in both their industry and strategic costs.

Iron/Dust Weapons:
Iron has been buffed, especially T3 Iron.
Dust has been significantly buffed - in vanilla, only damage grew. In this mod, Damage, Attack and Secondary stats all grow.

Iron/Dust Armors:
Cost of Dust Tier armor has been slightly reduced
Head gear always give a %attack bonus.
Torso has higher stats to justify its cost.
Legs are a little cheaper, but no longer give any %bonus.


Strategics
Titanium/Glassteel
Has overall been buffed. T1 should be more useful, T2 doesn't get outscaled by Dust-tier equipment as easily.
T3, the quest-exclusive one, has been heavily buffed, but costs a hefty amount of strategics.

Adamantian/Palladian
Attack on weapons has been heavily nerfed, as it was unreasonably high. However, you will start noticing the reduced industry costs on weapons here.
They are still very strong, so don't go skipping the research.

Mithrite/Hyperium
Very underpowered in the base game, Mithrite and Hyperium strategics enjoy several buffs.
Their attack is nerfed but is now more relative to Adamantian/Palladian gear.
Tier 1 Mithrite/Hyperium weapons and armor are now a single research. Hopefully, this will reduce the heavy opportunity cost these strategics suffer under.
Strategic and industry costs have been further reduced for these two, as they are the scarcest materials on the map.


A lot of capacities got changes, especially accessoiry capacities. Here's a quick list:

Improved Defence: 25/50/75%->25/35/50%
Improved Attack: 25/50/75%->25/35/50%
Improved Life: 20/40/60%->10/20/30%
High Ground: 30/60/90%->30/50/70%
City Breaker: 4/8/12/24->5/10/15/25
City Guard: 2/4/6+Counter->3/4/5
Last Resort: -10/20/30%->-30/45/60%; Additionally: +5/10/15% Health
Shock: 2/4/6->2/3/4
Retaliation: 30/50/70%->30/45/60%
Regeneration: 2/4/6->3/5/7
Life Drain: 1/2/4/8->2/3/4/6
Point-Blank: 10/20/40%->20/30/40%
Slayers: 20/30/40/50%->10/20/30/40%
Woodburner: 25%->30%
Sweep Strike Back: 50/75/100/125%->30/60/80/100%
Fast Learner: 25/50/75%->20/40/60%

Some especially weak accessoiries got some bonus stats and capacities.
Ring of the Boreal Owl(Camouflage Ring)
+10% Defence
Insignia of the Hunter(Detection Insignia)
+15% Atk
Glassteel Bracelet
+5/10/15% Max Health
Hyperium Ring
+15/25/35 Health
Hyperium Talisman
Additionally grants the Crusher capacity(unhindered Terrain movement)
+5/10/15 Damage


There is a whole slew of changes to unique and quest items. Take a closer look at them, they are overall improved by a decent margin.
