This section includes more details as to how the mod works.


Scavenge Tokens are spawned using the same logic as Stagecoach Armor bonuses (RunValueLevel). Any fight where you could benefit from Stagecoach Armor will also have a chance of having Scavenge Tokens. Note that while it uses the same logic, it is independent of Stagecoach Armor bonuses (modded or unmodded).

Scavenge Token spawn logic is divided by Regions. At the moment, this is only used to allow Regions to have their own unique Hazards.


* All Hazards have equal spawn chances

Adder (Any Region): 10% HP DMG, 4 Blight (3 Turns)
Peculiar Corpse (Any Region): 10% HP DMG, 1 Horror (3 Turns)
Hex (Any Region): 10% HP DMG, 2 Weak Tokens

* Note that Region-specific Hazards are deadlier

Roots (Tangle): 20% HP DMG, Stun
Backdraft (Sprawl): 20% HP DMG, Controlled Burn
Barnacles (Shroud): 20% HP DMG, Barnacles
Hunger (Foetor): 20% HP DMG, -66% Healing Received (3 Turns)
Recollection (Tundra): 20% HP DMG, Can't gain Positive Tokens (3 Turns)

* Underground Hazards are the deadliest of them all

Spike Trap (Underground): 20% HP DMG, Bleed 2, Stun


The loot tables of a successful scavenge are dependent on the base game's loot table. Any mod that adds items into these loot tables can also be Scavenged. Specifically, the mod calls the following loot tables:

ALL_COMBAT_ITEMS
Loot Table contains all basic combat items in the game. Note that this table can give multiple items when looted

ALL_REST_ITEMS
Loot Table contains all basic inn items in the game. Note that this table can give multiple items when looted

trinkets_generic_random_faction
Loot Table contains all basic trinkets items in the game. Trinket quality can vary from vague to indelible, and you may receive region-specific trinkets (for example, Seaman's Boots) when looted

SC_UPGRADES_ALL
Loot Table contains all basic Stagecoach items in the game.

creature_den_any_parts_rand
Loot Table contains all potential Creature Den deliverable parts.
