i think someone is making the most realistic graphics ever in gmod

agreed, creator confirmed to me that the viewmodel shadows and realtime shadows are gonna be way more optimized than Real CSM's since basically real CSM casts a really strong flashlight onto your area so theres global shadows but the creator replied to one of my comments that its gonna be more optimized since it will be a direct HLSL and Lua implementation/call/etc of it

what he basicly did is allow the strong possibility to have AO, PBR, screenspaced reflections, god rays and much much more. This really should be exciting for map devs. Now I can make my maps in much more dynamic situations. The gmod community will never die!

if the creator adds some form of GTAO I am going to spontaneously combust, cuz rn I just have to use reshade (still love MXAO)

why wouldnt it be real, its just a library for more complicated shaders thanks to the shader support added in one of gmod's updates
