De Lisle Silenced Carbine? Is that what this is author?
I think this weapon looks a lot like a de lisle silenced .45 bolt action carbine from ww2 (and used onwards)

For those that dont know, this was basically a weapon designed for stealth, and used frequently by spec ops, rebels (french), etc. It was made from the Lee-Enfield rifle and rechambered for the powerful and subsonic (meaning no sonic boom from the bullet, suppressors dont stop those) american .45 ACP round used in the thompson, M3 Grease Gun, and m1911 pistol.


Is this what thats based on sir?

I know, but the name of the de lisle is "Silenced/silent Carbine"

Seriously man I wrote suppressor in the op, just not when referring to its name

I think the best weapons in tf2 are the ones that are based off of odd real world weapons. The De Lisle cerctainly is a neat weapon to base a weapon off of.
