Make patches for armors so that you can stick them on any armor
Well, like this
There's an armor with a patch with the Russian flag, and you can either hang it or replace it with another patch, like making patches for country or organization flags for each type of armor

Make a GhillySet (Маскхалат)
New Camo - ATACS / Flora / MOH / UCP / BDU / MM14 / MAWkA / VKPO

You have a Custom USEC - why not make a BEAR.
You can also make a Ushanka - Tarkov projects will appreciate it
