The reason for that is because the hands of that Demoman are a larger size than the original's. Unless KaRaT3KiD knows how to fiddle with models like that, I'm not entirely sure if they do or not, cosmetics like that most likely won't be compatible with that Demoman.

That's a big deal of conversión I guess
