For compatibility of my mod with the localization mod, so far I can offer my custom mod manager:
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3528989318&searchtext=
But, since I use custom text keys, I need to add a string (in your language) to the dictionary of my mod, which will appear in Player.log along the path indicated in the table of contents of the discussion, which begins like this "ZMOD: Original description: {text}".
Example: "ZMOD: Original description: Влияет на:"
To get it in the desired version, you need to launch the game with the mods enabled (mine and for translation), go to the budget tab and hover over any element after receiving a popup hint.
The only negative is that the hints will still use the default language of the game (Russian or English). Over time, I will try to make integration easier and with the ability to create a dynamic dictionary. But for now, I'm using the search for certain values of the {text} field inside the game to replace the original tooltips with my own.
