Republic Unchained
My next mod will be called Republic Unchained.
The main focus will be bringing Imperial content from Thrawn’s Revenge into Fall of the Republic, especially to keep late-game campaigns exciting and engaging.
But that won’t be the only goal. I’m open to more ideas, do you have any suggestions?

Here’s the current content list so far:

- Inquisitor Heroes
- Executor-class Star Dreadnought
- Allegiance-class Star Destroyer
- Imperator Mk II-class Star Destroyer
- AT-AT Walker
- Imperial Red Guard
- The Bad Batch (works like Delta Squad)
- Hammerhead Cruiser

Love your stuff, brochacho, be proud of your damn fine work. I can only imagine the effort you've been putting into all of this.

Honestly, I think the EAWX team has done a fantastic job with the Republic as a faction in this mod. Most of what I can think of off the top of my head is simply stuff that further converts GAR into The Empire.

1. Perhaps after a certain number of cycles passes post Order 66, you have to option to "upgrade" your Clone Troopers into Stormtroopers. In my mind, this is purely an aesthetic choice. Not sure how further stat buffs would disrupt the balance of ground combat.

2. Palpatine could respawn into a clone body akin to Dark Empire/Disney sequels upon death. Hell, you could even make his second or third death a loss condition; he was the glue holding together The Empire after all.

3. Could always increase the number of Jedi heroes to pick from for those super nerds(me). So many obscure choices.

4. I absolutely adore what you did with the CIS infrastructure in Unchained. Perhaps you could upgrade the Republic's in some way to further increase political/tactical choices?

1. I was thinking of making these early ST available from The Bad Batch - together with a new Academy Building + 1,2 Heroes - instead of full regular stormtroopers, so it keeps a more Clone Wars style Touch.
2. I dont like the Idea of Palpatine being a Loss condition tbh - he dies in space and Game Over. But a respawn doesnt Sound Bad for someone Like him.
3. I have already, tho silently, done that :3 Check it out in a normal cis Unchained Campaign as The Republic. And i think thats enough Jedi xD
4. Thank you! I will absolutely do that. Some imperial buildings here and there. Castle Vader, Castle Inquisitorious, maybe some Special structures locked away to Missions only and such. Lets See what i can find :3

If you're taking suggestions for things other than Order 66, I always thought it would be cool to expand on the Order 65 route!

1. GAR could gain access to Mon Cal ships, maybe a certain number of Mc80s or 75s or even Princess's to simulate the Mon Cal Mercantile fleet. Maybe even throw in Captain Ackbar or King Lee Char as heroes!

2. To go with that, maybe expanding fighter rosters like more advanced Y-Wings and even B-Wings. Or a even special contract with Rendili to get X-wings!

3. Totally a wish-list item, but more Mando heroes/contractors like Fenn Rau and the Protectors of Concord Dawn or the Skirata's who worked with/trained some of the Clone Commandos and fighter commanders. We already have Omega Squad and some of the Nulls, why not add the rest?

Absolutely. It will have more Content than Rep unchained
there's this cool mod that adds imperial coloration to ships, will you be planning on adding this too for post-order 66 or keep the rep coloring?

What about early at st and early at at as units i think it would fit the the stormtroopers from bad batch to show that slow transition to imperial i was thinking like early rebellion to like maybe mon cala wookies etc maybe for cis or their own rebellion faction maybe some early imperial stuff would be cool and sdome more diffrent type of early storm troopers and maybe a cis hold out as well

A lot of people have been wanting this and I'm glad to hear that its going to be worked on. The only thing I would add is that maybe the extra stuff from this mod gets locked to 19bby to trigger or maybe even 18bby as a sort of post republic early imperial Era 6 (I don't know if that would be feasible to add an era 6 but that would be my approach to balance the republic out). The reasoning is that a lot of imperial ships weren't really prototyped until after the republic fell and the clone wars officially ended and stuff like the lancer class was not introduced until 18bbyish. The reason I say this is because the stuff you get from order 66 is already quite the unit progression for the republic in terms of capital ships and unless you play a super high difficulty as the republic you can get order 66 to trigger quite early in some cases way before 19bby.

Edit: when I say stuff from this mod I mean Imperial ships and units that were not present in the clone wars at all units like the bad batch should be available when its appropriate ofc.

i'm not really sure how if you can add more eras considering im not a submodder :( so they might just have to add them to the existing eras or just restrict them to post-order 66/5
New units:

-Tagge BC
-Clone Shock Troopers?

I think some variants of the venator would be neat.

There is a submod called Better Venators, would like to see it possibly made compatible or at least look at some of the refits in that mod to the venator which would be cool.

Would Rep unchained be compatible with cis unchained?

Boarding shuttles?

I know you already have a few SSDs but I would like to see the Assertor (only built on kuat perhaps after order 66/65)

Kota's Militia Trooper Platoon limit remove. And maybe a more types of Kota's Militia units.

AT-AT Walker prototype before (order 66/65). Order 66 gets buildable AT-AT Walker. Order 65 gets buildable Aratech Battle Platform.

maybe there could be an option to just dissolve the senate which allows you to do whatever tf you want (cons could be planets you dont own already have the local militia against you but hey idk)
