Honestly it just makes them overpowered compared to the other races..... Skip this mod if you dont want to cheat... =)

have you considered makeing your own races? your a great modder, and you have the creative touch... you should give it a go.

this mod makes this race way to op m8 :/ maybe just keep increased magica and magica regen , and reduce all the other stats by like , 5%?
faster learning makes a ton of sense , so keep that!

Magicka Drain should cost more health to use the more often you use it in battle, as you can just cast fast healing or another decent restoration spell to instantly negate the negative effects of magicka drain (you can also use the Respite perk to negate the stamina drain)
