The stretching is because of weight painting, we decided to leave it like that cause it looked cool. And as for the running, you aren't supposed to be able to run

Odd, do you have any addons that might change the flashlight in any way?

for some reason when i use the stretch the arms just spawn in the air, functionality works from there tho, any suggestions for fixes? use first person, re download the mod, etc.

Hm? Very odd. Try disabling all your other addons and see if it still happens

for me the arms spawn in the air when stretching I tried disabling all other addons and nothing changed
