Suggestion
Can you increase the "Max Rain" so we can have real torrential rain, and increase the other values too this mod is very efficient and runs very well on my 1080ti, Apple M1 Pro and my 2016 Linux machine; so please allow us to push the limits of this!

Even with the strongest possible storm in terraria, the amount of rain particles usually doesnt exceed 1000

If you want i can make a config option for rain to be a bit more insane

Just reporting on my 1080ti with the uncapped fps mod I still get 180+ frames with all the rain enabled highest, so thank you it's amazing!

to add on, simply, rainworld amount of rain with accurate amount of damage with lore accurate and gameplay accurate modes were lore accurate takes in to account that the "slugcat" is just a community made nickname and they are described as mouselike along with other things I wont go over here, anyways gameplay accurate will just be rain death time equal between games.
