Concept Idea to fix the turtle problem
So when you miss a block You're no longer able to Parry and Opponent cannot Guard Break
So let's just keep parry Slider for Mahoraga only
and also this

Weak block(The idea that solve the problem)
After Mahoraga Miss a block Continue blocking will result to a Weak block
Mahoraga can still parry when using Weak block
But any move hit Mahoraga That did not result into a Parry will be a Guard Break
(One time only on each move because Mahoraga can adapt Guard Break)
