Sorry for the procrastination, I blame myself forgetting about this mod and the fact that I've been busy either doing nothing or leaving the house to touch grass see family.

I managed to finally release an update to this mod, you can now place down signs and shelters/existing models as assets now! Please let me know of any issues with this version of the mod in this discussion thread.
