Bug report
Hi
We always want to create the most beautiful and functional levels. Even if we take time on testing during the development and on the updates, it is impossible to find everything and this is why we need you.
If you think that you found any problem like visual, physic or various issue, please report them bellow. Everything reported here will be fixed in the next update.

Please take a look first to the already reported items below before posting, as you might not speak about new issue.
  • Main elevator floor doors opens when the cabin pass, even if it doesn't stop at the floor.
  • Wrong bed reflections in lobby in "night mode".
  • Generic colored door handle make no sound when used.
  • Face clipping for coffins.
  • Missings decals.
  • Voting "X" and "O" are inverted.

Lot of Z-fighting (texture flickering) on the coffins, hope you can fix that

Anywhere that uses the cave texture is weird.
It seems to go multi-coloured, to fully black and to fully white randomly.

EDIT:
Fresh installed fixed it. Was something on my end.

We never saw that behavior in +16 years of making content for Source and hundreds of feedback, must admit that you bring something mystical here. It seams related to a shader issue you have and since nobody else is reporting it, it can be on your side. Can't tell with no way to investigate, should share a DirectX diag.

I'll try on a fresh install with no addons except just this map just in case I had something in the files or an addon was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with something

Yeah fresh install seemed to have done it! Guess it was something on my end.

Also, I guess you already check that, but ensure that you have Counter-Strike Source installed and mounted in your game as it uses content from it.

Fresh install sorted it!

I did notice the rope materials on the money ball is missing, Everything is perfect now though! Thanks. (CSS, EP1, EP2 is installed)

Glad to know! About the cable texture, an omission from us indeed! We completely forgot about it! Pretty strange that nobody noticed it already as it more visible in underground.

Check the dedicated section to verify your game. As said,"Can't help without any information. Send us DXdiag with pictures of the issue".

Did you check everything in the F.A.Q.? Do you have a clean game without dozens of addons and with Counter-Strike Source owned and enabled in your game?

my game is not clean but i do have CSS and i verified and everything is valid

We will change the rock texture in the underground in the next update.
