I'd like to suggest your own rendition of the FNAF4 house, it could be an amalgamation between the game and the minigame versions of the house, some easter-eggs could be that the garage acts as a parts & service with heads for the nightmare animatronics, maybe even a Sister Location character since Afton was working on it at the time. Then since it's a "nightmare" version of the house I think something cool would be making the basement Fredbears Family Diner, maybe there could be a vent in Fredbears that leads to the Crying Child hospital room.
