Idk if you saw my reply in the comments, so I'll double it here:

If you use the Sense Of Depth For Tall Buildings mod it messes up with layers of some of our buildings. Please go to thar mod's settings and disable it's features being applied to our stuff. I will include a patch that does it automatically with the next update.
