Too OP
As seen in the video it does atleast 100 at close range, i think you should tone it down a bit. Otherwise Great Gun, It looks interesting, and catches your eye

In the video, it's using the same stats as the default scattergun that is already in the game. The default does 100 at close range. It's meant to.

As s6thgaming said, that is simply the default scattergun. I dont beleive, though it might be possible, to be able to have custom stats that valve has not implemented yet into the game, be used in the game. (if that makes sense)

In the video he has just made it a skin/mod/whatever you wanna call it, for the regular scatter gun. So in the video it's a regular scattergun.

long ago you could customize weapons, like making the smg shoot flares and stuff like that, dont know if you still can...
