Incompatibility with Spongie's Character Customisation
The extra customisations elements from Spongie's Character Customisation and related addons, like the extra vanilla faces and scars, are appearing in the clothing section of the radial menu like regular clothing, but with a interrogation symbol for an icon.

Maybe you can add some filtering to exclude them?
