You need the Expeditionary Forces CDLC or the compatibility data of it.

Tanks spawned from the 3den and or Zeus are bugged and only have a driver seat available to use.

Tested with just this mod and its dependencies loaded.

And a question, why use CUP?

CUP's vehicles are in an incredibly broken and unfinished state. (Broken acceleration, broken UV map placements inside interiors, placeholder textures and so on.)

Makes the whole mod unusable sadly for me. It's got good infantry stuff and I praise the idea. We need more modern USMC stuff.

I don't see this bug you say, the vehicles work perfectly. "Why use CUP?" It is part of a series of mods called CUP Expansion....If you don't like CUP don't use it I guess.
