I've located the problem down to a addon (collection, i guess) while working on my server 1-2 years ago but didn't post it, anyway, the HVAP planes can break CW2.0, this might've been fixed, but if you are looking for a solution and you are using these two addons on a server then i suggest removing HVAP addons and trying again.
