Add Swat And Guns

It's already been planned. CERT (Correctional Emergency Response Team) is the Swat, but only for prisons.

They would have unique visuals, like tattoos, mohawks, piercing, even handmade stuff.

A shotgun that fires taser charges is cool. I'll add it in the next update I'm working on. But besides it, I'll try to add a bean bang shotgun.
