This bug should now be fixed!
(I've evolved regular Malchemy and Lightning Malchemy so far and it happened both times)
(additionally, when i first evolved Lightning Candevil to Malchemy, the palette was the vanilla one, but that fixed upon a restart)
Are you using any other mods? I'm certain this one is likely the cause but want to check if it's a compatibility issue as well. In the meantime I'll do some testing as soon as I can.
Let me know if issues still occur and other mods your using so that I can test compatibility.
