EDIT: Is now in the list of changes, along with the justification for why this was done.
They unlock the technology for the Trophic Array, which should show up as a guaranteed Society technology option once you take the Crisis Ascension Perk. I did test on Hive Minds, but let me know if it's not there and I'll investigate further. (Note that the mod must be active before the AP is taken for it to appear though.)
-Not allowing any behemoth to interact with planets from empires that weren't in the crisis war
-Not allowing C1/2 behemoths to bombard planets
I ended up going with the latter, since I felt the focus was probably on the bigger behemoths at that point.
I'll revisit this if more ideas come up though.
