Add lethal head shots where if they are shot in the head they fully go limp or even tense up for a few seconds

i think there should be an options to make ragdolls nocollide with players

make the arms collide with the body, when they stumble the arms go through the body

Make a reaction where if they are shot where their 'part' they either grab it or stuff stumbling around.
