I just came from a casual match where the cart crossed the last point and the ending sequence triggered, but the actual point wasn't captured. It must've just happened right at the last possible moment. My guess is someone on red stopped the cart last second but the ending still triggered.

We sat for around 8 minutes or so, not able to finish the round since the cart was removed.
I have a recording of the aftermath. I started recording after the bug happened, so the video is just both teams messing around as we all waited for the timer to count down.
