After thinking for about 3 minutes i figured out the stats for this weapon:

+100% more knock back
Crits wet players
+20% more crit damage
Hitting an enemy shows up in the kill feed

On Kill: Gain A 5% damage bonus and a 5% recharge rate on a shield (Can stack until 6 kills) (If you get an environmental kill with this weapon, your kill will count as 2 kills)
-25% Damage Penalty
-25 Max Health
No Random Crits

when the player is wet they slide and the crit does no damage

You know what? Just for that, I'm making my own stats for this weapon.

+ Attack an enemy from behind to Backstab them for a one hit kill.
+ +100% critical hit vs wet players
+ Increased damage against Snipers equipped with the Razorback and Spies equipped with the Dead Ringer
- Dr. NoRandomCrits: Hey. How's it going?
- -20% damage vs players
- -40% damage vs players wearing Croc-o-Style Kit
- +100% damage taken from Pyros equipped with the Neon Annihilator
- Loss of control upon getting hit from Jarate or Mad Milk when equipped
- This weapon holsters 30% slower

so when you say slide what do you mean?

Like when your on ice

there is no ice in tf2

at least no ice physics

Upsides:
On Hit: Knockback enemies and remove debuffs on allies.
+25% faster swing speed.
+On Kill: Move 35% faster for 6 seconds.

Downsides:
-20% damage.
No Random Crits.

I think you want "Loss of control when soaked in Jarate or Mad Milk" as a stat, right?
