When adding auras to ragdolls, the aura flickers, sometimes going behind the ragdoll and sometimes going on-top of the ragdoll. This makes it really weird to look at. This seems to happen with all the auras in this addon.

how did you add the aura

In the description of the addon there is a section that says how to do it with chat commands.

/aura @ name_of_aura (get by copying the name via the entity menu)

You need to look at the ragdoll to be able to do add an aura.

lua/entities/pfx_base.lua

I compared the two versions of the file, and they seem to be two slightly different versions of the same base entity. The "if SERVER then" is the same, and the only differences are that one has two comments, a CSLua, and some more information in the spawnmenu (which is moot as they're both set to not appear in the spawnmenu)

idk if this is just a problem for me,or if i'm doing something wrong, but when i place down particles, there is a little cube at 0, 0, 0 that the particles spawn at instead, or some of it go to. is there something i can do to fix this?

He's just talking about a non-critical Lua error, it’s not blocking either of the addons.
