KNOWN ISSUES
- The Pebble can appear alongside The Small Rock or other rewards when blowing up Tinted Rocks

- Demise of the Faithful and Rising High costumes can sometimes glitch out

- Having more than 99 bombs with Grocery Bag will reset them back to 99 when a bomb is used. (this is a Repentogon issue and is fixed in Repentogon+)

- Ouroboros is buggy in boss rooms due to the fact that boss rooms were never really designed to be repeated hehe.

- Cucumber prevents throwing Red Bombs when changing rooms, which technically isn't a bug but is kinda an issue anyways.

- During the Mother boss fight, when she spawns the Fistula boss and kills it, the effects of Dead Orange, Demise of the Faithful and Devil's Contract may trigger multiple times.

- Due to the way the game handles wisps, some may appear glitchy when they land on a specific item id (768 and so on)

- Jar of Dips and Baal's Altar may not render the Book of Virtues / Birthright Book of Belial graphics correctly

Not sure if it's intended or an oversight--certainly *feels* like an oversight, imo--but picking up items from choice pedestals with Baal's Altar will not only not make the other options disappear like you'd expect with similar items like Moving Box, it'll completely un-link the item from being a choice, allowing you to just plainly pick up both it and the other option(s) from the choice

Dunno if that phrasing made enough sense, so as an example:
Alt. Path Treasure Room, you use Baal's Altar to pick up the blind item, the visible item stays instead of disappearing, and then after you put the item you picked up with Baal's back down, you can properly grab both it and the visible item
And that's just for 2 items, you could also do this in some Angel Room layouts to take up to 4 items instead of having to pick just one
