I actually think you thought it was walking but it was actually wobbling. To fix this, turn up your iterations to a prettyt high amount like 230 to fix it

When i spawn it in and hit it with lightning it dies and when i just spawn it in its feet or legs start to spin and freak out what do i do .

Not very sure, try deactivating all mods. if that doesn't work, uninstall some mods. sorry for responding so late I was busy
