You can mash the end turn button to actually end the turn before your hand is autoplayed.
Pressing E also does this, but that might be linked to the same underlying end turn mechanic.

If Burn or Decay are in your hand on the turn that No One Lives will end the fight, they will deal their full damage to you after No One Lives resolves, even though the fight is over.
Probably Regret too, but I haven't personally experienced that.

I can't figure out what is causing this, but occasionally something will break and every reward screen after will give me infinite rewards. If I click skip or take all the rewards and then proceed another reward screen appears.

Lots of mods now that you mention it :p Feel free to yell at me :D
The ones I'd guess are most effecting the run would be the Purple Key mod, Biomes and maybe chimera cards.

I haven't specifically deal with compatibility between mods - it's quite a challenge for me. If possible, please try to avoid using other mods during gameplay (except for baseMod and StSLib).
