Hello Neighbor: All Easter Eggs
Electric Cherry Perk:

1- Crow positioned on the chimney at spawn

2- Crow positioned on the roof at the entrance to the neighbor's house

3- Crow positioned on the cupboard in the large hallway

Shield Craftable:

1- In the hallway behind the closet

2- In the boiler room, behind a cardboard box

3- In the PaP room, behind the cupboard

Buyable Ending:

1- Find the panel code using the UV lamp in the large corridor behind a painting

2- Retrieve the boiler room hammer from the water heater, then break the boards

3- Pick up the key next to the TV and open the padlock

4- Pay the door at 0 points then you have to pay the buyable ending at 50,000 points

No, there is a specific order of steps: you must first find the code, then enter it on the exit door (by pressing the buttons). Once the code is entered on the keypad, the hammer appears.

The key can only be collected at the end of all the steps. Once all previous steps are completed, the key will then be available to pick up.
