No hud only radar
for some reason everything but the radar doesn't work unless i press c but only for like 15 seconds then it goes away I thought it was because of the intelligent hud addon I had but i deleted Intelleigent hud and it's still the same

Go to the Properties menu and on "Automatically hide" choose "Never"

That only fixed the health bar and ammo everything else is still hidden until i press c and after like 8 seconds it goes away

You need to do that with every hud element bud.

Uncommon HUD elements (ping, player count, speedometer, etc.) have special conditions to be displayed. Check their parameters list.
