Enter settings, click general when you get to the bottom you gonna see maximum mod recompilation time. Make it 60 sec and above maximum mod recompile time there is reject suspicious mods, make it disabled

that's not how you fix it when its loading and it freezes don't click anything and be paitent and if you enable it and it freezes still don't click anything that's what makes it crash and if that doesn't work delete some mods you don't need (it should take 3 mins but could take up to 8 depending on what computer you have but just go on your phone while you are waiting) but if that doesn't work then i'm pretty sure i didn't understand the problem right
